User-centred orientation of mobility offers

Example: In car traffic, a navigation system with a fixed destination and adaptation to the current traffic situation is a matter of course. In public transport, there are route planners that offer a range of different means of transport, but real-time navigation is not offered. The information desk also only offers an image of its current surroundings. This is helpful, but does not meet the needs of a potential user who wants to reach a certain destination. The service has to be seen from the user's point of view and not only show the current status on site. However, there are possibilities to implement this service with manageable effort.
